Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक पात्रता) :

Junior Research Fellow  (ज्युनियर रिसर्च फेलो) : 

• M.Tech with 60% marks or M.Sc with 65% marks.+ CSIR-UGC + GATE
• 60% गुणांसह M.Tech किंवा 65% गुणांसह M.Sc. + CSIR – UGC + GATE.

Research Associates (रिसर्च असोसिएट्स) : 

• Ph.D. + M.Sc with 65% marks.
• Ph.D. + 65% गुणांसह M.Sc.

Project Associates  (प्रोजेक्ट असोसिएट्स) :

• B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) with 65% marks or M.Sc. (Electronics)
• 65% गुणांसह इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/ इलेक्ट्रिकल विषयात इंजिनीअरिंग पदवी किंवा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विषयात M.Sc.

 Age Limit (वयोमर्यादा ):

•  Post No.1: Upto 28 years
• Post No.2: Upto 35 years
• Post No.3: Upto 35 years
• SC/ST: 05 years Relaxation
• OBC: 03 years Relaxation
