- Post graduate degree in a related subject or Agriculture related science / social science Or equivalent post graduate degree.

- 12th Passed + English or Marathi shorthand 80 WPM At this rate you have to pass a 10 minute exam. It will also be mandatory for the candidate to transliterate from English in 50 minutes and in Marathi in 65 minutes.
- 12 वी उत्तीर्ण + इंग्रजी किंवा मराठी लघुलेखनाची 80 श.प्र.मि. या दराने 10 मिनिटांची परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करावी लागेल तसेच उमेदवाराने इंग्रजी मधून 50 मिनिटांमध्ये तर मराठी मध्ये 65 मिनिटांमध्ये संगणकावर लिप्यांतर करणे अनिवार्य राहील.
